- Click “check card balance”. A new page will load.
- When the page loads you need to look for the 19 digit card number that is found on the back of your card. Click in the first box and type the number in here.
- When you are finished typing you will want to double check to make sure that the numbers match.
- Now you need to click in the next box and enter the letters and numbers that you see in the picture above. If you are not able to see the image you should click “refresh page”.
- When both fields are entered you can click “search”.
- When you do this a new page will load and you should have access to view the amount that is left on your card.
