You will be prompted to enter your card information and you should do so slowly to make sure that the card numbers are correctly entered. You will then hear your balance.

You can also check your balance in the store. To find a store near you visit http://www.chick-fil-a.com/Locations/Locator. Enter your address, city, and state or the zip code. You can decide if you want to only look at locations with online ordering, drive-thru’s, wireless, and playgrounds. Make your decision and click in the box beside each to determine if it is necessary when the site shows your locations.
