If you have a gift card you need to know how to check the balance. Below you will find the information that need in order to see how much money is left on your card.
There is not currently away for you to view your balance online but you do have two other options that will allow you to check the balance of your card.
The first option is to call 800-476-6941. You will then be asked to enter the number that is on your card. When you find the number use your telephone keypad to enter it. You will likely have a short wait and then you will hear the balance of your card. Once you hear the balance you will be able to hang up.
The other option that you have is to check your balance at your local store. You should be able to asked them what your balance is but you will need your card in order to do this.
The best method is to call the number that is provided because it will allow you to hear your balance anytime. If you choose to use the store you will only have access to checking your balance during the operating hours of the store that you decide to have your balance checked at.
